Application

Face Yoga: Place the roller in the center of your face and roll it horizontally toward your ears, applying light pressure. Use the small side of the roller under your eyes. Repeat this approximately 5 times per side. Work your way down your cheeks to your chin. Use the large side of the roller here. On your forehead, place the roller in the center and roll outward toward your temples. Repeat 5 times per side. |

Puffy Eyes: Place the roller in the refrigerator beforehand for an additional cooling effect. |

Cleaning: After use, we recommend cleaning your roller with a gentle natural soap to remove any residue from creams, serums, etc. |
